Our Process — What to Expect

1. Free In-Home Estimate

We measure, look at attachment options, and leave you a written quote with exact pricing. No deposit to get started.

2. Sign Up — No Deposit

After your estimate, we leave the contract with you — no pressure to sign on the spot. When you're ready, just sign it and text us a photo of the signed contract at (951) 605-3526. That's all it takes to get started: no deposit, and your proposal is good for 30 days. Pick your cover style, colors, and options like lights, fans, and lattice walls — design choices are folded right into sign-up. We order your materials (about 2–3 weeks), and you pay as each stage of work is completed.

3. Permits — Your Choice

Permits — your choice. A permit adds time while the city processes it, so it's up to you whether to get one. If you'd like one, we handle all the paperwork for $600 plus city fees, and we can help with HOA paperwork too. This happens during the materials window below.

4. Materials Arrive in About 2–3 Weeks

After you sign up, your materials typically arrive in about 2 to 3 weeks. If you chose a permit, that paperwork moves along during this same window.

5. Build in 1–2 Days — By the Owners

The build itself usually takes just 1 to 2 days. Samer and Justin build your cover themselves — no subcontractors — including any electrical work for lights, fans, and outlets.

6. Inspection, Walkthrough & Warranty

If your job is permitted, we coordinate the final city inspection. Then we do a final walkthrough with you — every job is backed by our 10-year craftsmanship warranty.

How Payment Works

No deposit to get started.

No deposit to sign up. You pay as the project goes, and only for work that's completed: if there's a demo, you pay for the demo after it's done; if there are footings, you pay for the footings once they're completed; and you pay for the patio after it's built. Every stage is broken down in your contract, and you pay for each one as it's completed. Some projects take multiple days and several steps, which is why it works this way.
