Our Story

The builders, not salesmen.

Samer Numan and Justin McDaniel spent years building patio covers for one of the biggest patio companies in the region. Job after job, they saw the same thing: homeowners dealt with a salesman at the kitchen table, then a rotating cast of subcontractors in the backyard — and the people who sold the job were never the people who built it.

So in December 2024, they started JAM Construction Patios to do it the other way. When you call JAM, you talk to Samer or Justin. When you sign, the same two men show up to build it — no salesmen, no subcontractors, no handoffs. They handle everything in-house: the measurements, permits, footings, electrical, and final inspection.

JAM's very first cover as a company went up in Winchester, and the work has spread from there — Riverside, Temecula, Murrieta, Orange County and beyond — mostly on referrals from homeowners who got to know the builders by name.

Every cover is backed by JAM's 10-year craftsmanship warranty, and both owners are licensed California contractors (#1130642 and #1128339).
