We guarantee all workmanship for ten (10) years from the completion of your project. All installed material carries the manufacturer's lifetime warranty — and when your job is complete, we fill out your warranty card and send it to the manufacturer for you. Our 10-year craftsmanship warranty covers leaks, the electrical work we install, and workmanship. Every JAM patio cover is built by the owners themselves — Samer and Justin — with no subcontractors, so the people who guarantee your cover are the people who built it. In plain terms, the workmanship guarantee doesn't cover damage from abuse, mishandling, or neglect, normal wear and tear, or events beyond anyone's control (acts of God). About Your Materials

JAM Construction Patios is an authorized DuraCool® dealer, and your cover is built with genuine DuraCool® materials — domestic aluminum, made in the USA, finished with Duracoat XT40 paint for long-lasting color. As an authorized dealer install, the aluminum components carry DuraCool's lifetime warranty against peeling, blistering, flaking, chipping, or cracking from a manufacturing defect, for the lifetime of the structure. When your build is complete, we fill out your warranty card and send it to the manufacturer for you.
