Projects start at a $3,000 minimum. Popular add-ons: recessed lights $100 each, fan installation $200, GFCI outlets $150, post lights $150, and switches/dimmers $100.
Riverside requires permits for most patio covers. Our permit service is $600 plus city fees, and we handle the paperwork, drawings, and inspections ourselves — a real advantage when the building department is right down the road from us.
