When you hire JAM Construction Patios, you hire the two men who actually build your cover. Samer Numan and Justin McDaniel are licensed California contractors, and they personally measure, build, and install every project — there are no subcontractors and no salespeople passing you off to a crew you've never met.

We handle the whole job: permits, electrical, fan and light installation, and inspections. Every cover is backed by a 10-year craftsmanship warranty covering leaks and electrical workmanship, because we can stand behind work we did with our own hands.

We are the builders, not salesmen. You get a straight price, honest advice on which cover fits your yard, and the owners on your property from the first estimate to the final walkthrough.

About Jam Construction Patios – Built by the Owners, From Start to Finish

JAM is Samer Numan and Justin McDaniel — two builders who spent years working for one of the region's biggest patio companies before starting their own in 2024. When you hire JAM, the owners build your cover themselves. No salesmen, no subcontractors.

We build three styles of aluminum patio cover, all installed by the owners and priced by the square foot. Flat pan ($27/sq. ft.) is a solid, non-insulated roof — full shade and rain protection at the best value. Lattice ($29/sq. ft.) filters the sun through an open crisscross design, keeping your patio bright and airy. Insulated IRP ($35/sq. ft.) has a foam core that cuts heat and quiets rain, for patios that get used like a real outdoor room. Not sure which one fits? We'll price your favorites side by side at your free estimate.
